Refund Policy

1. In case of show cancellation due to technical snag / failure or due to ‘Act of God’. Full refund will be made to the remitter within seven working days.
2. For ‘No Show’ Patrons, who are a ‘no show ‘ will not be entertained for any refund whatsoever.
3. Customers, who have not received their confirmed ticket after making their payment, due to technical snag in the system.. They, are requested to kindly contact the management with their payment details for full refund.
4. All refunds/ settlements will be made through NEFT/RTGS/UPI. Since, we do not have a 'cash refund policy'.
